Our Founder — CA Lavya Mangla

Lavya Mangla is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) who began his career at Ernst & Young, where he worked on statutory audits, tax compliance, and financial reporting for global clients including Microsoft and American Express.

After three years honing his technical foundation at EY, Lavya founded LMA Accounting & Consulting to bring that same level of precision and rigor to small and mid-sized businesses — clients who deserve Big 4-quality bookkeeping without Big 4 overhead.

Today, Lavya leads a team supporting clients across the US, Australia, and Singapore, with a hands-on approach to every engagement — from day-to-day bookkeeping to complex reconciliations and financial reporting.

Our Story

LMA Accounting & Consulting was founded in 2021 with a simple goal: give growing businesses access to accurate, reliable bookkeeping without the overhead of building an in-house finance team.

What started as one Chartered Accountant helping a handful of businesses get their books in order has grown into a dedicated practice serving clients across the US, Australia, and Singapore spanning e-commerce, real estate, SaaS, healthcare, and professional services.

Today, we combine Big 4-trained rigor with the responsiveness of a boutique firm because good bookkeeping shouldn’t mean choosing between quality and personal attention.

Founder

Lavya is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University. He began his career at Ernst & Young, spending three years on Big 4 audit and compliance work. For the past five years, he has worked as a consultant to small and mid-sized businesses across the US and Australia, bringing that same level of discipline and accuracy to every engagement. His expertise spans QuickBooks and Xero bookkeeping, multi-year cleanup and catch-up projects, and reconciliations across e-commerce, real estate, and SaaS businesses.

Aanchal Jindal, CPA

Co-Founder

Aanchal is a Certified Public Accountant with the AICPA, under the Washington State Board of Accountancy, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Panjab University. With four years of experience at a leading outsourced accounting firm, she has developed specialized expertise in supporting US businesses and CPA firms with white-labeled bookkeeping and accounting services. Her focus includes GAAP-compliant financial reporting, sales tax compliance, and accurate month-end close for small and mid-sized US companies.
